Hi everyone,
Today, I tried to configure a PTR record on DNS.
I followed the instructions in the document (https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/additional-options/reverse-zones/).
However, when I ran the command nslookup -x 1.2.3.4 in the Windows command prompt, it returned the result as static.vnpt.vn instead of abc.com.
I suspect this is related to VNPT Telecom, but when I contacted their technical support, they told me they had no knowledge of this configuration and advised me to reach out to Cloudflare for assistance.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Please help me. Thanks!

If you control your own IP prefix(es), you can set up reverse zones with PTR records to allow reverse DNS lookups.
