It's probably more helpful to take a step back and see what drives these services:

Both Pages Assets and Workers Static Assets use Cloudflare KV (so similar performance) and have the same limit of 25 MB per asset / 20k of them.

Pages has static assets which cost you nothing when they are served, and was first to have built in CI/CD, Integration with GitHub, previews and such. Pages has "Functions" which are versioned Workers with some other magic on top.

Workers now have built in CI/CD as well as preview links, which apply to the other two:
adapter-cloudflare-workers for Svelte looks like it deploys your entire website in a single bundle, so subject to the way lower Worker limits (10 mb for the entire thing after gzip for paid, 3 mb for free).
Workers w/ Assets has the benefit of offloading those static assets/higher limits, and it's going to get all the new features from now on/consolidating everything back to Workers eventually
