DIf you click here to open the list of active tools, are you able to find this specific Path Scatter?
If solution 1 above did not work, most likely the tool connection is broken, and the way to automatically open it in the Tools Panel by selecting is thus not working
If you are lucky, you can find the right path scatter in this list and then re-assign the curve and rocks to make it work again. If not, I am afraid you have to re-do it with a new Path Scatter

DAnd the most common issue that this happens (broken tool connection) is if one accidently deletes the curve or the original scattered object
BHei! following the documentation and I wonder... the UVs are on the mesh we are suppose to scatter the texture on or? mmm i#m quite new to 3D but how to give textures UVs?

DI don't think I have heard any mention of Dungeon Architect in here no, and no experience with it myself sadly. So I would say, you can grab the free trial and test it they work well together

We have some camera bugs actually, it does not work very well when trying to render out with the Dash camera. It is something we are looking into, but no ETA on a fix I am afraid.
So for now, probably best to use a normal CINE camera and not the Dash camera, sorry!

DMaybe ye. Honestly, since it has some bugs when rendering out, I haven't used it in a while so not an expert on it right now.

You can't actually convert it to a landscape. It is firstly a procedural terrain (similar to a landscape but smaller and easier to control) and then if you bake it, it becomes a normal Static mesh

JI am having a problem getting the AI assistant window to come up. I open the Dash window and click the "3 stars" image, but nothing happens. I rebooted my computer, reinstalled 1.8.5, but still nothing.
Also, is there a way I can "save" the location where the menu comes up? Every time I click on the "A" dash icon, the menu comes up in the middle of both of my screens and I have to drag it so that it isn't split across screens. If I close the menu or restart UE, it pops back up across my screens.
And, for some reason, I can't drag-and-drop content from the content browser onto a viewport. When I attempt to drag an object into a level, I get a red circle with a line through it. I've tried dragging objects from PolyHaven, Fab, Quixel, or from other projects, and get the same result.

BI believe you have to give the material to the object you want and select it. The edit material tab automatically opens.

JI am. I just figured out that you can't drop objects into "Viewport 2" only the one in the main work area. Darn. That's unfortunate as I like working with a full screen.

Yes the Material Edit and Blend Material only works when using Megascans from the Dash content Browser (The Quixel tab or the FAB tab), and when using Poly Haven from Dash Content Browser.
And here is a video showing you how to open Material Edit manually if it does not open automatically as Bruddash said

DRight now no, we use our own shader, so setting it up for another material would be a lot of work.
If you are dragging in a poly haven material from the Content Browser, you could open that material and explore for yourself self though!
We are planning on trying to look into general support for it, but it is down the line

DAre you able to open the project directly into an level without anything Dash?

For me Borders to Curves worked, but Path Scatter still gave me similar result sadly..
Some ideas:
1. You could try to make another Road tool and use the width settings to create the side meshes, like in my quick shitty video 1. Would have to do something similar for the short edges as well I guess
2. Using 4 separate curves and Path scatter should help with the corners I think
Otherwise I don't got much good ideas right now

Try creating a new Level, then open Dash and make sure to update the files when the pop-up appears.
It will allow the files and shaders to be updated with the new proper connexions to the nodes.
After creating the level and updating dash you can go back to your previous level. and check if the issue is still there.

DJust to clarify a little bit, please close Unreal, then open this project again, but open it into an empty level (don't open any level where you have used Dash). Then click Dash, that should give you this popup. Once you have updated the materials through this popup, you can open a level where you have used Dash.
Reason here is if you open an level with Dash things, the materials will load and then you can't update them

Close UE, delete the polygonflow folder in this project, then launch UE (now it does not matter which level you open into) and then click Dash icon.
