dawn of war 2 not launching
Hey I’m trying a get Dawn of war 2 working on heroic via Amazon library for steam deck. I tried proton experimental, wine, proton-GE. For a sec it pops a small window and then close I’ll send log
UUI made sure to disable and then try and enabled steam runtime too I case that was the problem

Nrun it again with
WINEDEBUG=+fixmemine ran on first run on my desktop with no additional tweaks needed
NI would show gameplay, but the video seemed unskippable

USorry for late response had to do something else lol. I typed the wine debug on the steam launch option

NIt’s better to put it in the Heroic settings so that I know you put it in right. What did you enter when you add it to Steam?

CLots of missing DLLs at the end there. Have you tried verifying your game files?

USays it’s repairing, guess I did something that messed it up. I’ll let ya know if it works.
UI’m gonna do the repairing tomorrow. It’s getting late over here and need sleep lol. I’ll check if it works tomorrow night
