Hi Walmis…..I just received another SR I ordered 3 weeks ago for another project and tested it out……works perfectly. Therefore the SR I ordered last Sep and tried it for first time a few days ago confirms it is indeed U/S. I will now send you the online form for warranty replacement……thank you.

BTW the form does not specifically have a warranty section……I had to select a payment and the SR with a remark that it is a warranty replacement…….i hope that will make sense when you receive it???

I use my rhino with a alpha prime grip. Had no prob. Now suddenly the grip generates spikes. So buttons and ministick generate short inputs without any movement fysically. I can not use it in the apache anymore cause when I use the ministick for aiming it jumps of target randomly. I checked with another alpha prime. Same result. When I connect the warbird grip which has no ministick I see two buttons also light up without fysical movement. When I try the alpha grips on my warbird base I get no problems. So I think the vpforce rhino is broken. I tryed earlier software but I get the input spikes ( don’t know the right word I am not English). I wonder what to do. I would by another grip in an instant but I am afraid it’s the rhino. I have tm tpr rudders converted to ffb on vpforce motor. Works fine. Really puzzled what to do. Left it in shambles today cause tired and late and disappointed. Hope for some help and will get on it after work tomorrow maybe I need to replace some computerboard ar so. Try reinstalling all tomorrow. Quite some work. Thx .

I would bet that the problem is gone with the Meanwell 350/24. I haven't had any problems since I started using it.

Yeah, I'm investigating this particular issue, there are few instances of communications timeout occurring for a few users, but I've not been able to replicate it in the lab, so it's difficult to debug.

I've reproduced this issue with Rhino Loopback on my desktop (not the sim), it seems to only happen with some input devices. Note how when the application is first launched it reads 0 for previously selected axis input and needs reselecting in the drop down to read the current value. Notably, this doesn't affect all input devices (reproduced so far with a BU0836 + PS4 controller axis - Winwing axis all work as expected).

Well bummer, this definitely sounds unusual.
Maybe the PSU plug is problematic. Is the fit of the DC plug firm or loose to the Rhino ?
Make sure the emergency stop is not depressed.
Can you make a short video or take some photos of the socket and plug ?
Do you have USB connectivity with the FFB Configurator app?

If you have a similar 5.5/2.5mm barrel PSU around the house (12V to 20V) you can quickly test it to isolate the issue to the PSU.
