We cannot help you with pirated/cracked/etc. games, as it is against the Discord ToS and our server rules & personal morals
(assuming this is https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dead_or_Alive_Xtreme_Venus_Vacation)
If you are running the "Publisher website" version of that game however, we might be able to help you (seems like the Steam versions aren't even available outside of Asia/Japan)

You've installed the game in a location that isn't accessible by Heroic (note the
/run/user/1000/doc/... install path). Move the game folder into ~/Games/Heroic and re-add it into Heroicprovincial-silverOP•4mo ago

There was an update to umu somewhat recently, I assume that's what's happening there. Those updates do take a little long to download (1-2 minutes on my 50Mbps connection), but once you got it for one game, it'll be done for all of them

Make sure to remove the game from Heroic and re-add it (pointing Heroic to the now-correct game install path)

If you installed from a setup file, your game is probably in
c:\Program Files (x86)\...
