IYes but I don't trust codemods, they're never perfect.
Si dont like react but id even go so far as tanstack start because i trust tanner. but that isnt even in the docs yet and brand new as well

Stanstack is too new for me - i like stability in web frameworks
JAt some point Cloudflare may officially deprecate it, but it's effectively abandoned today and hasn't received any updates for new Cloudflare bindings and things in about a year, with many tooling versions now being outdated, nearing EOL, and with security issues.

Si have multiple production apps using sveltekit using d1,kv, cache, rate limiting etc and i have 0 issues either. workers have been stable for ages. all that changed is assets being stored on a cdn now
Ssveltekit had bugs as a framework when i tried it two years ago, im not trying it again in atleast 5 years

Eworkers have no special way of connecting to tailscale, youd have to expose it to the internet somehow

Mthanks @Erisa - i imagine this should be fairly secure too, given that a tunnel will not allow non-http connections, whereas hyperdrive must have been provided with an exemption
Enon-http is possible as long as there's an agent on the other side proxying it back again, hyperdrive has that built in to the service

IMy "need to" is primarily when a specific (often non-web) application requires me to. For example, the other day I wrote a custom extension for Raycast (https://www.raycast.com/) and they require React.

RAh, I was in this scenario with Tina CMS and decided that since they didn't make it easy to write a webcomponent to replace their react component, I abandonded that CMS option. It's frustrating when devs pigeonhole us into React, but that's a fair use case. It's so cumbersome how it literally invites facebook into your entire codebase.
