Hi, I’m encountering the error “The video duration exceeded the constraint set by the account holder” when uploading a video to Cloudflare Stream, even though the video is short (around 30 seconds). I’ve correctly set the upload metadata and the video is encoded with filetype: "video/mp4; codecs=avc1.42000a,mp4a.40.2". Could this be an issue with the encoding or is there a hidden duration constraint that I might be missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We record the video on the device using the MediaRecorder API, and then upload it to Cloudflare via the TUS client.

They've disclosed before in incidient reports for R2 (like when they rotated creds and caused r2 to fail), that Stream uses R2:

Are you expecting the stream to be anything other than 16x9? The iframe will resize itself to fit the parent div already

The iframe is currently set up to dynamically resize to its parent, youll need to design your own flow here. Not quite sure what your use case is exactly. Are you regularly streaming at abnormal resolutions?

Not sure if cloudflare provides anything like this and currently unable to purchase even the smallest plan due to the currently ongoing billing issue (case already opened).
