AI have tried to send requests via normal support channels, about 10 or so over the last 6 months, but they're never answered. Probably leaving it to my non-existent account manager to pick up

1Honestly yeah sounds like account is broken. Have you tried making a new one and seeing if that works?
AI mean, I could - but I really don't want to migrate all my websites to a new account if possible. Based on the other examples shown, like you say, there should just be a button

SI’ve tested it with multiple videos with my account and encountered the same issue.
It only happens occasionally, not every time.

SI'm experiencing some strange issues with my stream. I've tried various settings — with and without low latency — and also adjusted OBS settings based on an older question related to the "green screen" problem. I even created a new live input, since the previous one showed an Internal Server Error.
Basically, when I start streaming from OBS, the stream works for the first 8 seconds, but then a green screen appears.

1Try a keyframe interval of 3 and a profile of main/baseline. Otherwise I would say its related to your hardware/software in some way
1Has anyone used Live Instant Clipping and know any tips to speed up processing time? It's a minimum of 7 seconds to produce an MP4 clip currently which is too slow for my use case

I’m using the Cloudflare Stream player and running into an issue. I can't seem to get the play/pause functionality to work programmatically.
I have embedded the player in an iframe and tried using the Stream(iframe) method to access the player instance, but when i run player.pause(), it doesn't pause the video. Looks as if the method didn't run.

1Would be cool to be able to set a watermark profile to a live clipped video

OWe have been having this issue for the past 2 weeks. We've had to move to MUX because support won't answer, and viewers were getting upset (rightfully so).
OFirst time it happened to us was on the 10th of June. It keeps happening. We reuploaded some of the videos but still no resolution to the problem.

RHi, i am new to cloudflare, we have almost 2000+ videos on cloudflare stream, is there any way to download all the videos? like with API or something?
GIs anyone else having issues with WebRTC WHIP/WHEP streams? They were working just this morning, but seemed to stop working for us by around 2:30pm ET.
GThis seems to extend to SRT for us too. Running

edit2: I think I've narrowed it down to a STUN issue. OBS gets a successful STUN response, but Gstreamer and python's aioice send different packets which don't get responses. Gstreamer was working for us before without changes for months until now, so trying to figure out what's happened.
