I got banned after 10min login and just stayed in lobby

Im just login my account for 10min and waitint at lobby for downloading resources. Then suddenly my account logout and when i try to login again i got 10 years ban noticed.. im very confuse. What the issue? Please give me answer.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.

Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.

Bans are not always issued directly when breaking the rules, you broke some serious rules (10 year ban) at some time previous and now are banned for it.

That sucks, try to follow S1lents message steps above and don't use an emulator if that was your device - their prone to faital erros and bugs that lead to bans.

You will not get banned if you use gameloop.
