error code VAN restriction: 1 valorant constant crash

just today my val has been constantly crashing and prior to this no issues have occured, the issue i am currently dealing with lets me open valorant but within 5 or so minutes it'll crash

I honestly don’t know what the issue is, I logged onto my alt account perfectly fine without any issues
