Under extrusion after first layer

Hi. I am printing with the V-core 4.0 500x500 IDEX + Hybrid on single print head mode. For some reason the printer starts under extruding after first layer. The first layer comes out really nice, but immediatly after the following layers look horrible. Doesn't look like it's a clog as the first layer is nice and priming blob is coming out fine. If you listen closely you may hear some weird noise when its doing long movements, not sure what that is. Just did a Beacon calibration and bedmesh before the print. The filament i am using is prusament PLA galaxy black. and the corresponding prusament pla filament preset in prusa slicer with 0.2 Quality and 0.6 mm nozzle. unsure why this skew calibration prints so weird. Tried printing it twice with same results.

I have followed the commisioning guide except, Belt tensionioning guide. As i understand it, this is only for corexy/Hybrid and not IDEX.
Solution
We have narrowed it down to speed and acceleration. When we slowed the entire print down to 60 m/s it worked much better, this is however much slower than the stock. I just noticed the nozzle type is set to CHT instead of regular nozzle. I will try to put it to regular and see if that solves the issue.
