Recovering Cloudflare Access for Multi-site, Seeking Contact Channel
I am a project manager with a digital marketing agency, working on behalf of another agency with our client, who owns a site that appears to be hosted via Cloudflare. During our work on the site, we had issues with crawling tools such as Screaming Frog blocking our users temporarily and interrupting crawls. While we found a workaround for a time for one of our teams, our SEO team is having trouble reporting because of this issue.
Needing the workaround in the first place is because the client's original development resources are EXTREMELY spotty on comms, making it a headache to get credentials for anything (we were out a month waiting for a wordpress log-in, and they still ignored half our other requests). Our dev resources are a bit hands-tied because we lack sufficient understanding of how the sites' hosting is set up and how to access since we have no creds and no one on the client team has historical context.
That brings me to the actual problem. I need to help the client team and my team gain access to Cloudflare for the site, both for general use and specifically to try and work out whitelisting users to allow my SEO team to use the tools they work with. Because of the poor handoff, I can't use normal Cloudflare support. Because I'm a few steps removed from the account, I need to have a clear channel I can work with the client on to regain access. I won't have all the info I need to prove ownership myself, and the client team will lack technical knowledge. Is there a well-monitored and responsive email where I can either point them to or include them in a conversation on to get this resolved?
