@Rock47 Sir what I’m saying is my rank was #365 when it was 00:20 utc I have screen records. I used to #365 10 mins prior to 00:20 utc. And that is my problem sir. I clearly know that it refreshes at 00:20 so I was waiting till it refreshes keeping my rank #365 but it didn’t upgraded to conqueror.

Can you please share the step after going under the account section of in game customer service. My problem is that Noone is responding in my in game conversation for past 20 hours for the issue that I am waiting for the response, My server got selected as North America when new season started, but I am playing Asia and reached crown 1 there. Yesterday after playing 2 matches in Asia my next matches are getting counted under North America but it wasn't same in starting. I seek help to either change my server to Asia or transfer my ratings (crown 1) earned so far in Asia to North America if there was a technical problem. I have reached discord, twitter and in game support till so far but was unable to get the solution. It is quite confusing, will my server get changed to Asia and I continue earning ratings beyond crown 1 or my crown 1 tier will get transferred to North America (my current server).
