It is a known bug, @Deleted User. The only way to fix it, for now, is to Restart the game, until it gets officially fixed. Feel free to report in #old.

Hello, @camaxtli9694. You will not be suspended if you are randomly matched with a teammate who is cheating. However, if you repeatedly team up with a cheater then you will be suspended, starting from 7 days.

Feel free to report the cheater through the in-game reporting function or through http://cheater-report.pubgm.cc.
