If your account is created or registered in the European Economic Area (EEA) regions, or you had switches your region to one of those countries in Europe, you will not be able to transfer your account at will due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws.

Unfortunately, but once your data is transferred into one of the EEA regions, your account is bound to the GDPR laws, and as long as the law exist, you are not permitted to change your country/region at will due to the GDPR law. Your only option is to continue playing in the global English version of PUBG MOBILE or create a new account.
