Unfortunately, if you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account, the customer service in-game will not be able to assist you. You may need to create a new account to play the game, @PUBG 【관리자】.

You will have to follow the steps in the screenshot to contact the customer service in-game and provide them the required information in order to prove your ownership, then you should wait patiently for their response.
