Also also not sure about recording recordings, my computer didn't do well the one time I tried, but may have been updating, not sure.
As far as documenting, don't really have anything to add to what's in the original tilt brush documentation
I usually just hit the camera button and push record, haven't experimented a lot with it. Haven't done paths for a while.
As far as export, just goes in the documents/open brush/snapshots folder (or video) and grab it from there
If there was a square panel preset for video I'd probably use it.
Presumably most people don't shut off animations in their browser, and if it's an extra click you'll lose half your audience if its in a place like twitter
