frame delay seems to be "time between generated frames" - so essentially the frame rate

We might need a bit more info!

What headset? Standalone Quest or a PC headset (if so which one)?
Do other VR apps work correctly?
Can you take a screenshot of the controllers? Is the screen completely black?
Do you see the logo when it's opening up? Does Tilt Brush show the intro sketch?

I’m sorry I should have included this to start with. I’m on windows 10 with a valve index, everything works perfectly fine. I can’t talk a screenshot right now but I can upload one later. Its just black but I can see and move around the controllers I just can do anything. I see the initial steamvr logo on opening it up but that’s it. It just goes black

Yup! it needs to specifically be updated in whatever renderer system you're using, see the example in three-tiltloader readme https://github.com/icosa-gallery/three-tiltloader

Icosa does naturally, and it’s there for others if they need it, we also have a template repo if it’s just a stanalone thing, I’ve used it on hic et nunc for example

Yes, you can manually do it now if you feel like it! Export from open brush, then upload via the web interface

My problem is that I want people to be able to use the stuff I make (here wearables) on other platforms. So far it looks nothing can really be exported out of open brush..

GLTF is going to be the format for that for sure. Open brush will probably need some form of extension for it’s more special brushes for sure, but you can make that ridiculously easy for platform implementers, lemme get an example
