XA small patch was released earlier today and it should be automatically downloaded when you load/log into the game. If you did not receive it, please perform a routine repair or reinstall the game.

XA routine should be enough but you could try reinstalling from an official source if you haven't already.

Mso i see alot of people has the same problem, so it is a game problem
XI checked myself and everything seems to be fine, @Mahmoud Ahmed @Harry OP. You can try again later or contact the customer service in-game for further information. Feel free to report the issue in No Access. Hopefully it'll be fixed my the next patch.
