AWell, Please Offload the game through your device settings > General > iPhone Storage > Tap on PUBG MOBILE, tap on Offload App and restart your mobile and open PUBG MOBILE.
GAnd I buyed many things in that id which costs a lot

If you have submitted all the information later, including the account creation date, the support will take up to 60 days to recover the account. Remember, if any information is missing, the support will not help you. And, the video had sensitive information. You don't want someone from here try to compromise your account again. Make sure to censor your information before sharing it anywhere.

I have debugged, used help client at login, cleared cache of google play and google store. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times.
I contacted support, they literally keep telling me they dont understand what im saying because of a language barrier.

DUnfortunately, the Metro Royale mode is not available to everyone at the moment.
KI dont understand. I was playing just fine. I got off for 30m, had the 28mb update. And no longer have access.
I also own a discord server exclusive to Metro Royale. Im the 1/400 players who can not play? Is this an issue with the recent update?

KKI see now, the exclusive metro items dont load in either. As if the game can not produce them. There should be lv6 armor packs where there are purple "?"
D@Unknown user The server will randomly roll and choose players after every major update. You were lucky to have been chosen in the past. Because everyone has the ability to separately download these mode files before letting the server decide, these are some of the visual error you might face. You are free to share your feedback with the developers in the No Access channel and if you have any suggestions regarding it.

MYou may read the terms of service of the metro royal and find out what did you violate. Also try contacting customer support ingame.
