do you have any integrated graphics?
you can check them through task manager -> performance tab (look for 2 gpus)

you need to enable secure boot & tpm, there’s a difference between a few seconds error and a few minutes error

you can only upgrade to 16gb DDR3, because your cpu doesn't support DDR4 speeds
