I also head seen that "Pause_on_runout: False" but thought it is the file as it is when following RatRigs Commissioning guide. But would't that mean if you had loaded fillament and run out that the print doesn't stop?

V-Core 4 IDEX Setup shows two T0
Ok - found it - restart configuration by clicking on another setup and then back again on the idex setup - that shows a restart button.
