Account hacked, Support refusing to help
She does, but the email on the account has been changed and we've provided the previous emails on the account but they don't care unless it's the exact skin upgrade, buddy purchase and agent unlock on the account. The agent unlock was provided correctly but they don't care unless it's all 3 I guess.

Yeah I understand that, and she tried the best she could and for sure knows she got 1 of the questions they asked correct. And have provided other info that dates back to the creation of the account like I said including the locations the account has been logged into, like city/state etc and when exactly it was made. Whole thing is just shit on riot's part.
