HP Omen HDMI out not working on Gamemode
For anyone with a problem like mine:
The problem was, the Internal Laptop Display is used by the integrated Graphics and the HDMI out by the RTX 3070 Mobile. In normal cases https://docs.bazzite.gg/Handheld_and_HTPC_edition/quirks/#how-do-i-specify-which-gpu-that-steam-gaming-mode-should-use would be okay.
I needed to go into the BIOS and tell the system to use only the RTX 3070.
