@s ur best bet is to carefully read the Riot Terms of Service and decide for yourself. Regardless of what anyone says here (or even Riot's official support) you will be held accountable based on what's in the terms of service (which could change at any time, even). Like even if Riot support says to use Exitlag, the terms of service allow them to ban you for using it if they wanted to. Technically, a VPN/proxy falls into what Riot can ban you for, but if you're not using it to circumvent the region locking, or mess with your traffic in transit, ur prbly good to go.

Like if you want the minimum time, there was a streamer who almost got to Radiant in 72 hours (single stream), but again, you'll probably hit hardships with the matchmaking if you just soloq, and will be at a huge disadvantage if you're just starting w/ the game.

It's more down to understanding the maps and abilities. Your raw mechanical skill will get you so far, but eventually ull be competing with people who have just been playing more. And also with teammates who may be at a slightly different skill level. Playing in a premade (not getting boosted, but just playing with consistent teammates) can help if your goal is to get to a high rank fast.

Correct. Just read the terms of service for the exact wording. If you're uncertain, just disable those features or use a more normal keyboard and you shouldn't be banned.

I think the 3d vcache in an x3d has an impact. I'm usually at 700-800 fps and I'm not doing anything to overclock. 1000fps in the range. You could try checking your temperatures while playing. If they're at the thermal limit, you could try undervolting a little.

You could upgrade your CPU to push it over the monitor refresh rate. If you do have a 600hz display, that should be a light lift. FWIW, a 9800X3D can pull around 800fps on average.

Just so you know, the behaviour you were seeing is how SOCD/Snap Tap is supposed to work. It's meant to make it impossible to have both keys held at the same time.

Is it possible to open vanguard without restarting your computer?

vanguard works by fingerprinting ur pc's hardware as early as possible on startup. this is why you can't just run it after the pc's started. it needs to be installed, and the kernel changes need to run when windows starts. if it's not ur pc, maybe you shouldn't be trying to install vanguard on it. the owner won't appreciate it.
