Randomly started getting this error while building a python service -

Not able to connect to the database from outside
I am not able to connect to the database in the project from outside. Even on the dashbaord - mysql db shows no tables but there are dbs and tables in the database. project id: 035791bb-b730-44dc-a2ac-2ee7394be7f0

Trying to communicate over private network and not working
I have a service that has just private networking enabled and listens on ipv6 (http server). When I use the private networking dns associated with the service, it fails to connect.
