443 is not the error, it's the TCP port being used. The error means SSL (HTTPS) encryption iis not configured correctly

Possible to Have Immich Infer Date Metadata from Filenames?
What you would want to do is write something like a Python script that recursively lists all files, and parses the filenames for the date using something like regular expressions, then write an XMP metadata sidecar file that Immich will recognise and import the metadata from.

The idea has been brought up but doesn't exist currently. Something you can do is have the Immich app connect to the server locally when you are on the same network
