Bazzite's compatibility with NVIDIA Turing+
First of all: hello there! I'm a new member of this server. Nice to meet you all. Now, to the main topic: I have a few questions regarding Bazzite on NVIDIA GPUs (Turing and newer, I own a laptop with RTX 2060). I have not installed Bazzite yet, but I wanna know a few things: 1. Does Bazzite come ONLY with the Wayland desktop (without the X11 session)? I assume it does, since Fedora devs made that decision themselves. 2. By default, the Bazzite website offers the nvidia-open ISO for Turing cards and newer. How are kernel-open drivers gonna work with Wayland? Last time I tried it on Arch, I had to switch to proprietary drivers and disable GSP – otherwise, my Wayland experience would be laggy and absolutely horrible! AFAIK, you can't disable GSP with the nvidia-open drivers. I'm curious to know how Bazzite works with such GPUs.
