forever, but it is not easy and its a crime to get a fake chargeback, nowadays the banks investigate if what you are claiming is really true or not before giving the chargeback. it also depends on banks you use, whether they care or not.

focus on aim first then util. whatever people say, in the end its a fps game, you get shot you die. the more you get better with your aim the more you can focus on the util aspect freely.

high dpi can be good, but out of game it can be annoying to use, generally people use 800-1600 dpi because it is not too fast or slow but high dpi reduces your input lag by a little but its not too big of a delay to greed for

if your mouse is relatively new and not an office mouse, you would have gotten an app alongside to change/check all settings. otherwise it is generally written on the box your mouse came in or on the website from where you purchased it.

try contacting sites like blitz or valtracker as they do have access to what you want but dont be much hopeful as you probably wont get what you want easily just for a project, best you can do is try seeking the tracker's api and build a code to get your useful data from that
