If you provide a budget, like tun said, it will be easier to give you appropriate recommendations. FWIW you can wear weekday or uniqlo pants for years without them falling apart when you don't work in construction or something

It seems like the aesthetic you're looking for is not necessarily what """""good""""" (quotations because good is highly subjective) denim brands are specialized in. Although there are more and more brands doing wider cuts

To actually answer your first question: brands like acne studios focus more on design than on fabric / construction / authenticity of reproductions. While a lot of the selvedge denim brands focus on making the "best" version of an existing style of pants (like 1947 levi's 501s for example). This doesn't mean that acne has bad fabrics or construction and it doesn't necessarily mean that selvedge denim brands have bad design. But the focus is somewhere else and you are paying for different things when choosing between the brands

So it's up to you what you find important. Sleeve is usually cheaper but if you shorten it from the shoulders you can keep the buttons

Fit looks good imo. I'm not sure I see the creases you mean because the whole shirt is pretty wrinkly but I like a big shirt. Yeah as far as I can tell from this it seems to fit pretty well. Sleeves can be shortened in two ways: at the wrist or at the shoulder. It seems like this coat doesn't have any buttons or other details at the sleeves so it can be altered there and should be an easy job for the tailor!
