To be sure, is this post about receiving emails in Cloudflare Routing (e.g. for delivering in a CF worker) from Outlook, or is it about forwarding mails from Cloudflare to an Outlook account?

This issue was also on 12-05. Does anyone know if it's possible to whitelist email address or Cloudflare IP's to prevent this issue in the future?
