VORON IMPLEMENTATION ISSUE - BEACON CALIBRATE
Okay, dug really deep and really did not need to. I found that my gear ratios were off on the z motor causing the movement to be 1/2 what it should have been leading to crazy numbers. Uncommented the 80:16 line and boom - worked first try. Just another reminder to slow down and think, do not just do without simple root cause analysis.

VORON IMPLEMENTATION ISSUE - BEACON CALIBRATE
No bed heater on at this point. Starts Beacon Cal, goes directly in to QGL and fails there. Going back through all pulleys and grub screws right now verifying everything there. Z belts all tightened using gage so they are all equal and are reading in the correct zone using a belter. This feels like a mechanical issue.

IDEX TOOLHEAD OFFSET - way out of specification
_VAOC_RESET not implemented evidently before every "adjustment" so I believe the changes were stacking. Updated RATOS and reran _VAOC_RESET and all seems to be better so moving on.

Vaoc - not working
I am adding relevant data to an issue that multiple people have encountered. Why have multiple posts on the same issue?

VCORE 4 MCU LOST COMMUNICATION
I got it thanks to you, reread the error and it said TOOLHEAD T0 so I looked at the usb connected there and the zip tie that was temporarily holding wires was too tight and must have been causing a momentary disconnect. Thanks for the bump to check things better. You get tunnel vision and need to step away from time to time.
