What would your counter argument be if one were to argue that the first instance at Forsaken Ruins can possibly be overlooked by some as its the start of the match where everyone is busy getting loot while trying not to get knocked/eliminated, and that the Reported player display an intention to team up with player#16 (for instance, not heeding to player#16's car horn to get in) so they remain passive?
