So it won‘t be solved through a server restart, like yonji replied? I had the Ultimate package bought a month ago, it ended on 25th and worked fine. So i purchased it again yesterday, like one day later, got the confirmation Mail from PayPal, RSM and Tebex but still have no access to Ultimate features during the Game with this msg above shown.

Here you are - if that's what you meant. You see the error message at 0:21. Yonji just replied that I've to wait until the server is restarted. If it works then, I'd be happy with it - but an announcement on rsg.gg store before we Supporters pay ~$25 for a 30 day Membership, from which a few days are lost of waiting for some server restart, would be appropriate imho.

Hi, thanks for your quick replay. In which period is a server restart usually done? I hope you understand the issue of selling a membership and getting less than a customer paid for, in particular if it‘s a known issue for weeks at least.

Any Updates yet? Having the Same Problem rn. Kinda annoying it‘s obviously a known issue and you‘re still able to spend money on a thing which won‘t work.
