visual bugs/walls disappear/become artifacts when lights out. framerate desync. vanilla goes +- fine

Cant update tmodloader

i am trying to join a modded server but i am stuck on tmodloader version 2024.8.3.2 while the server is on version 2024.9.3.0 this has never happened to me before and my game always updates with the server, i am stumped on what to do...

Cursor not lining up on Mac

Hey guys. I play on Mac and I finally got the frame rate to not seem like I was playing in slow motion but now my computer mouse is not lining up with terraria’s cursor. I drag it to the edge of the screen and they line up but then a few seconds later one is above the other. Any help is appreciated.

unable to launch tmodloader

when launching it opens 2 windows of cmd.exe then launches terraria which immediatley crashes

TMOD Load Failed

I was just playing on my new world an hour ago, and it just said "Load Failed" and then "Load Backup Failed". This has been happening on all of my worlds, can someone help please. UPDATE Delete the .bad and its fine ig.

mac on tml multiplayer is super laggy

i have an m1 mac but i'm pretty sure this applies to all apple silicon macs where, we have incredibly capable computers that are just not optimized properly for this specifically. it's definitely not my laptop's issue as i can run much more intensive things with it just fine but tmodloader multiplayer specifically is very laggy ~30 fps in the overworld and when it comes to boss fights it's like 10 fps or worse and very unplayable, ruining the experience really. i really hope better this can be f...

Weird liquids, bug???

Does anyone know why the water doesn't go down immediately? It also happens with lava and all liquids basically. I'm playing Calamity Infernum, in the getfixedboi secret seed.

Some invisible projectiles (not Fargo's translucency)

I've got a problem where some of my projectiles are invisible, but only specific magic ones like water bolt and the diamond staff one. They are only invisible, they are still there, with hitbox, and they even emit light, I just can't see them. And Fargo's translucency setting is on 1 (i've also tried 0, same result)....

Tmodloader doesn’t enter game mode on my MacBook

MacBooks have a feature called game mode, which makes games run faster. Whenever I play Terraria, it enters game mode and it runs smoothly. However, game mode doesn’t activate on Tmodloader, and my game is stuck at around 1/2 speed, which makes gameplay more annoying than fun. Does anyone know how to fix this? Game mode is active when there’s a controller icon in the top right of the screen....

tModLoader never opening after command prompt closes, I can open or play the game. Please help.

For like 2 weeks whenever I open tModLoader, and the command prompt does its thing, it closes as soon as it gets to the second prompt, and never says anything past that. It shows that tmod had a cloud issue for a fraction of a second that gets instantly fixed by the time the console closes. Terraria opens entirely fine. I managed to open tMod yesterday, by opening the snipping tool and clicking the X on the command prompt like twice, which made the command prompt stop and wait for me to press enter, and the second prompt loaded all its text finally. But, today it went back to doing the exact same thing. (this was a very random fix) I have tried disabling mods, I have tried reinstalling, I have tried deleting the game folder and reinstalling, I have verified the integrity of the game files, I have installed the newest version of .NET, I have opened several individual start up option for tMod, I reinstalled Terraria itself, I've deleted both the files for Terraria & tMod and reinstalled them, I also tried opening tMod while Terraria was open, and none of this worked. I also attempted to really random snipping tool fix again, which also failed. ...
