Discord character typing issue after updating to Bazzite DX Gnome F43 build

After updating to the Bazzite build that is based on Gnome 43, I have a strange bug on Discord. Discord is spamming out "55555555555555" when I focus on it by switching to the workspace with it (I have it set to workspace 5, and to move to workspace 5 I use Super + 5), which is weird. If I move Discord to workspace 1 and switch to it like that (with Super + 1), same thing, except now 1 is spammed instead. System Details Report...

How do I install bazzite in other disk? Only shows the one with windows.

The installer only gives me my 1 TB hd and the pen drive I'm using to boot bazzite as options. I have a 1TB ssd with windows in it and another NVMe ssd that's 128 GB, both not showing up. When I click on add disks there's nothing as well.

Just updated, running into a weird issue with my audio

This only started occuring after updating today, and i'm not sure how. My audio was outputting to the Sonos Beam Gen2 I keep in another room from my PC, when I have never connected the two up for anything. They're on the same WiFi network, but that's it. I went to check my sound settings and sure enough it was there, as was my Macbook Air which I have also never hooked up to this PC, but is on the same Wifi network. I futzed around with ujust setup virtual channels and ujust virtual surround, making sure they were both disabled. After a restart the other devices disappeared. Now I don't know if this is related, but now my headset (Soundcore Life Q30) refuses to stay connected, disconnected a few seconds after I connect it. Strangely enough my Airpods Pro connect just fine and stay connected to my PC....

New update 43 and ASUS

I'm an ASUS laptop user. I followed the instructions and did a rebase to bazzite nvidia open, and the battery limitation settings reset every time I restart the laptop. This already happened to me on the Deck image, which is partly why I switched to the normal desktop. What can I do to keep the battery settings fixed?

rpm-ostree issue after update to fedora 43

I updated my system directly after seeing that there was an update in this Discord server, and immediately I noticed that a bunch of repositories just simply disappeared, among those being rpmfusion-free and rpmfusion-nonfree. I cannot find any way to get it to work. I would rollback, but I'd rather that be a last resort. I checked, and saw that the .repo files still exist, and I even checked to make sure they had enabled=1 on the inside, and they do both exist and have enabled=1 on the inside after I specifically changed that (for a reason I'm not familiar with, they were 0.) This is a major problem for me because trying to install anything will cause rpm-ostree to throw an error saying it couldn't find discord, and i believe this would also mean that I cannot update or reinstall Discord because rpm-ostree seems to refuse to use the repo it's in. ...

Issues with Amazon Luna app in Bazzite

I installed the Amazon Luna app from the Bazzite portal, but i can't get it to play any games. Whenever I try, it tells me my browser is not supported. This happens in Steam Gaming mode and Desktop mode. Has anyone had this working? It would be awesome if it did! Also, my Xbox controller behaves weirdly. The D-pad acts like i hit it twice any time i hit it once. The joystick is also oversensitive to the point I can't use it to navigate. It works everywhere else in Bazzite just fine. Can anyone please help me get this working?...

input-remapper not working after upgrade to Bazzite 43

Hey all, after updating to Bazzite 43, input-remapper appears to be running, my presets are still there, but the button remaps aren't working, and if I hit apply in the GUI it stops at "Starting injection..." I didn't see anything about this application being removed/deprecated but I'd like to offer the feedback.

Blank screen after rebasing to bazzite:stable on Asus laptop

Hi all, been using bazzite-asus for several months on my Zenbook 15. With Bazzite 43 dropping the Asus images, I rebased to bazzite stable using the command brh rebase bazzite:stable. However, after entering my luks password, I'm greeted with a blank screen. I can access tty with Alt+F2/3/4, but I can't seem to get to the login screen. What logs or further information do I need to provide to figure out what the issue is? Thanks in advance.

Screen brightness ctl lost after rebase

I recently rebased from Bazzite desktop to Bazzite DX to get Docker. In the attached pic, I am back to booting on the oldest version - 42.20250911 because in the later two (which are the -DX images) I have only full brightness. I cannot use them unless outdoors my screen gets so bright. HELP: Emulated game save files work properly on windows but not on bazzite, Switch Animal crossing

Okay, so I've been playing animal crossing new horizons just fine on bazzite, then I wanted to put other save files to play, and now I get a message as if the virtual switch no longer wants to accept these new files (or the original files) as healthy and tells me they're damaged and I have to start over. The crazy thing is that these files work just fine on the same emulator on windows... I have tried different emulators as well but no luck, I want to be able to play this game on bazzite because I have it on a handheld....

This is the message I get on linux (wich menas save file is corrupted but it's a lie) (I CANNOT play any of the files, nor the original file or the new file).

Steam Deck LCD do not boot up after today update

I apparently can't boot to a working UI anymore after doing a rpm-ostree reset and then an update. The deck boot fine, booting logs looks good, but as soon as the GUI should pop up I just get a black screen on both internal and external monitor. I've tried to switch to another TTY, which do happen but I can't see any other stuff on the display besides the initial prompt. Keyboard inputs do not get show up on the device at all, so I am at a loss on how to get out of this state. I sadly do not hav...

input-remapper stopped injecting with recent update

Have been using input-remapper for months now, simple Razer mouse with 2 side buttons, mapping them to shift_L and ctrl_l for quick action bar usage on MMOs. auto-loads on login/reboot and no issues until today. "ujust-update" today was all but 2 chunks, and afterwards input-remapper appears to be "working" except that in the preset you can see it's stuck in "Starting injection...". It sees my inputs, preset adds remaps just fine - just stuck on "injecting". "sudo pkill -f input-remapper" from the internet did not work...

Solution:

tested with the last release, that works !
