neon support is so awesome
neon support is so awesome. If I have a question, I always get an email explaining it and giving me advice.
We migrated our DB from posgresqql at render.com to neon.
The technology of neon itself is great, but the support is also very generous, so I will never move to another DB service....
Logs????
Can there be a page in dashboard to see the latest audit logs, a paginated view showing like past 20 entires.
Table Refresh Button
At the moment I need to refresh the GUI page:

ERROR: Console request failed
Hi My app in production is having this problem, I'm using Vercel and see Vercel use Neon DB but got this error, before my app was working fine, but when I logged into the DB in mylocal, this problem appeared

IP restrictions support
Liking Neon a lot but hesitate to use it for projects that contains serious data because of the lack of IP restrictions. Most DB hosting providers support IP restrictions for enhanced database security (even Planetscale and Supabase have this feature too). Will this feature be implemented soon?
Regular off-site backups
Hi,
I'm sure Neon's backup and point in time revert etc. are perfect, but I'd pay for being able to backup my data to saw a S3 bucket in AWS West on an hourly or 4x a day or whatever configurable basis.
Would be compliant with most peoples disaster recovery planning. Even if neon is doing a streaminng backup in another AZ or DC in AWS, bringing systems back up may take time?...
2FA / Company concept / update email?
Hi, Sorry 3 things clubbted into one message here:
- signed up using my Github. Notice there is no way to update email.
- Also there is no team (company) concept....
Password length
Why not have longer passwords? I know current password length is safe enough, but would be nice to have say 30-40 character length password at a minimum... maybe its just me!
Deletion protection
Right now its too easy to delete a production database! Like AWS would be great to have a deletion protection on some databases turned on which requires maybe multiple confirm screens / email link verification or something else to make it safer? and it has to be "turned off" to be deletable.
Add X (Twitter) Integration
