Frosty Funland event map
It’s November 5th and the map doesn’t appear anywhere yet when I try to click on it to choose it it says I have to download it but there’s download option or update option for the game yet

Account hacked
So basically, my account got hacked earlier last month and i did an account recovery and got my account back but later after 10 days i got my whatsapp hacked and then my pubg account got compromised again and got hacked, now i cannot even file a claim again it is asking me to wait 3 months, what to do?

There are only two ways you can submit an account recovery claim:
1. By using the in-game account recovery tool
2. From https://pubgmobile.live/support > Recovery
If your request submitted through the form says ineligible, then we unfortunately cannot help you any further through the community regarding account recovery....
