Hey guys, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve recently faced a serious issue with my PUBG account
My account was scammed three days ago. I immediately filed a claim with PUBG support, but unfortunately, the claim was denied yesterday.
Following that, I reported the matter to the FBI under a cyber-enabled extortion case. I have both the case number and report, and I plan to schedule a meeting with them soon to pursue the scammers further.

The small gempieces from last spin/event got expired, so they compensated me something, but what is it? And where is it, because in the new spin there is non.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
