Hello, I have a question. I can't send a recovery request because it says I'm not using my primary device, even though it is. Perhaps this is because I previously deleted PUBG, or used VPN (since I'm from Crimea and I need to use it to play PUBG). Please help me with this problem.

Lift or review a penalty

I just want a company to conduct a simple investigation into the penalty on my account. The sad thing is that my account was banned on the basis that I am not the owner of the account and I am the official owner of the account and I am the one who started it from scratch and nothing is found in it except that I am the one who paid for it and even because no one can reach it except me. There is one email in it and it is my personal email, so how can the account not be my account? I want a simple look into the penalty directed at the account. Popu battle matchmaking feels unfair with Time Zones

Hey, I gotta complain about your popularity battle matching system. You clearly have access to players’ locations, so why not match people from the same continent? I’m in the US, but I never get opponents from here, it’s always Europe, Africa, or the Middle East. The issue is that the battles always end at like 3 or 4 a.m. my time, while it’s daytime or morning for them. That gives them a huge last-minute advantage....

Remove hackers email from my account

Hi guys my account is hacked through my linked email account.i cannot access the email due to it being hacked( it's his email account now) I'm only able to get in my pubg account through my linked facebook and trying to replace the hackers email. But then when I make an appeal it keeps saying please use your regular device which I am. moved countries from india to england , is it possible to convert from BGMI to PUBGM? (important)
