Hello I am unable to start any Classic matches (Erangel, Livik, etc.). Every time I click Start or Invite, it says: "This feature cannot be used as you don’t have enough UC" However, Classic mode does not require UC....

This is not a bug. You need to top up the amount of UC that was refunded. You can refer to the Prohibited Illegal Transactions Announcement in the game for further information.
