Hacked account claim not approved
hi i have submited a claim from the in-game claim tool and it didn't work is there any like other ways of submitng a claim on my hacked account ??

I don't have the ''Team-up" option for the microphone in game. I played with my friend who is number 3 in the picture but do not have that option while my other account has that. And both accounts are in global version.

Solution:
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using an account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....
