I can't enter the match after purchasing rp .
I got 1 yr ban 2 yrs ago cause of UC issue I don't know when does it happened . An Anonymous logged in probably and did this . Lastly I purchased A RP in 2021
Now i am depressed . I haven't bought RP after ban . I came back into this game from last month . Today i bought it and that happened . PLEASE HELP ME OUT . I am about to join Esports In further days. I can't even play Rank matches now...
Solution:
You need to top up the amount of UC that was refunded.

Abusive teammate
Had a teammate on spawn island be racist to my friend then was verbally abusive to me when he found out I was a female. I couldn’t report him at the time because I was away from my phone and by the time the match started I was focused on that. Now the game has finished and I’m trying to report him, I can’t because he hadn’t used his voice chat in the last 90 seconds? 😵💫 what kind of logic is that?
Solution:
When you report a voice violation, the last 90 seconds of the player's conversation through the voice chat gets recorded and sent for review. We suggest reporting as soon as possible when you come across a voice violation.
