Game crash — the reason why I’m quitting PUBG forever

I’ve honestly had enough. Every single match, the game crashes — mid-fight, after returning to the lobby, again and again. It’s been weeks, and still nothing has changed. I’ve sent multiple bug reports, again and again, hoping someone would actually fix it, but clearly no one cares. We spend our time, effort, and real money on this game, yet this is the experience we get? A crash every few minutes? How is this even acceptable for a game of this scale? Every update, you say “we’re aware of the issue” or “a fix is on the way,” but when? How long do we have to wait? It’s not one or two people facing this — it’s happening to almost everyone. You’re losing loyal players because of your own negligence....

game crash

We’ve been reporting this crash issue since the 4.0 update, and you still haven’t fixed it. It’s unbelievable that such a massive game with such a huge team can’t fix something as basic as constant crashing. Please, for God’s sake, fix this issue. Players are tired, frustrated, and honestly losing patience now. If you can’t fix it — at least be honest and tell us. Don’t waste our time pretending it’s being “investigated” forever. The 3.8 update ran perfectly fine — smooth, stable, and enjoyable. Then came 3.9 and now 4.0, and everything is broken. It’s like you’ve forgotten how to optimize your own game....

enough is enough

We’re seriously tired of reporting the same issue again and again. It’s been weeks since the 4.0 update dropped, and the game is still crashing constantly on many devices — especially iPad Mini 5, iPad 8, and similar 3GB RAM devices. In the 3.8 update, everything was perfectly smooth — we could play for hours without a single crash. Even 3.9 was somewhat fine except near the end of the season. But ever since 4.0, the game has turned into a mess — constant crashes, random freezes, and loading screen failures. You already admitted that it’s a high memory usage problem, and that a patch is in grayscale testing. But how long do we have to wait? It’s been weeks and there’s still no global fix or proper communication....
