I can't play Ranked arena or unfail

am trying to play the new game mode in PUBG the unfail it keeps giving me this error "your current device does not meet the requirements. Please:pubgm_this: participate with a different mobile device." and this only happen with Unfail and Ranked Arena, everything else work fine i use gameloop btw...

#question I don't use any apps like boosting the fps or using gfx to boost the game so i don't know how to fix this even i complain but i can't wait i just wanna play this game im not good like the other player and yet i banned for nothing im so sadd right im love playing this game even my phone lagging so hard on clashing on event but this happen urghh pls someone can help...

Ultimate Royal Get banned after 7 days Game ban

Dear PUBG Support Team, I received a ban on 03/07/2025 around 9:53 AM without any prior notice. My account was banned for one week and was unbanned yesterday. During that time, I repeatedly requested a review as I have never violated any game rules or policies. I always play fairly and fully respect PUBG’s policies and user agreements. After getting unbanned yesterday, I noticed that I am still banned from Ultimate Royale mode since 01/01/2026, which appears to be a mistake. I assure you that I have not engaged in any unfair activity. I am willing to provide any clarification or evidence, including videos or screenshots, if required by the PUBG team....

Someone somehow made a claim on my account last year and i lost control since that.Idk how tf he did

I already made multiple claims for the account but it always gets rejected and i think because of the device I do have proof of me being the owner of the account I have a video of me scrolling thru the midasbuy order center to clarify the uc purchases Screenshots from the past like 2019-2020 At this point i lost hope even tho i spent more than 10k euro on in but i hope in the end i will manage to get it back somehow...

Account Recovery

I have an account which was initially created using my Facebook account. I stopped playing for a while, and during that time, I ended up deleting my Facebook account. Now, I can't sign in to my old PUBG Mobile account because the Facebook account linked to it no longer exists. I tried recovering from the PUBG Mobile game support but it always got rejected even if i gave all the answers. I'm currently playing with a new account, but it would be great to get my old account back. I wanted to try recovery from googlesheet but i never made purchase on that account so there is no receipts to add....

We recommend you to contact the Facebook customer support to recover your Facebook account as this is the most efficiency way. Hey , I was playing ultimate royale and suddenly I got a inspection on my ACC for suspicious activity I don't know why it happened cz I have been playing fair and I want to what's the cause beneath it .
