What’s the Point of Support If You Don’t Reply?"

"So this is the so-called ‘support system’ of PUBG? I reported a serious crash issue with all details provided, and it’s been more than 24 hours now—still not a single reply from any admin or moderator. Absolute joke. Every update introduces more and more bugs, the game crashes in the middle of fights, players lose matches, lose rank, lose time, and all we get from the official side is SILENCE. You guys are running one of the biggest games in the world but can’t even maintain basic communication with your players? What’s the point of having a Discord server and a support channel if nobody from the team is active? Do you expect players to just waste their time writing reports for nothing? This level of ignorance is straight up pathetic. If you can’t handle bugs, at least respect the players who are taking the effort to report them. My investigator title doesn’t go away after 30 days of inactivity

I stopped reviewing videos for over a YEAR now and my name still pops up at the beginning of the game. I don’t want it displayed anymore and I don’t watch videos anymore

To change your title, tap on your profile photo while you're in the lobby. Then, select Custom and choose a title other than the investigator. Finally, tap the yellow Use button on the left side of your screen.
