Since I switched devices I can purchase any uc. Can someone help me and I used the customer service option in game but that hasn’t helped

Only the in-game customer service can assist players with account and purchase related issues, you will have to keep trying in this case.

Respected ma'am everyone post new updates everytime on YouTube and their other social Medias also but this time you are giving strike on those new updates videos,thats why i stopped uploading new videos,i deleted all previous videos of pubg mobile and everything,ONLY videos that are on BGMI are Publicly available only but you gave 15+ strikes and all my BGMI videos removed by tencent,this is not fair,all those videos using BGMI version Like crate opening and new tips and Spin opening and tricks videos, and BGMI trailers etc,i am requesting to you please lookout in this matter,and please review my YouTube channel again and if any mistakes from my side i apologized for that,but deleting channel and giving strike on many years of hard work on that channel is totally heartbroken.this is sad moments for everyone who is promoting game and attracting more audience to pubg mobile,and also trying to gain popularity of pubg mobile around world by showing new updates from many years.I hope you will understand it and if there is any mistakes from my side you can tell me i will try to fix it,and in future it will not happened again,Its my very humble request to you Please look into this matter ma'm and restore our all BGMI videos and Please remove all strikes from our channel...

The judges do not give the exact reason of rejection. Please note that not all submissions that align with the theme have to be chosen into the shortlist.
There is a separate PDP discord server which you will be invited to via the in-game mail after one of your creations will pass the review. You can then discuss with other artists to improve your work....

My account (UID: 51012680182) was frozen for inspection, but I have never used hacks or third-party tools. I need my account back as soon as possible because Ranked Arena will be gone soon, and I don’t want to miss it. Please review my account quickly so I can continue playing fairly. I been playing this game for years on end and this has never happened to me. It’s the worst timing because I’m top 800 in ranked arena and by the time my account is unfrozen it will be pretty much over.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
