As the crate only contains vouchers usable in two particular gilt series spins, it means the crate will become useless after these two events end. Given that there is no time indicator indicating the time expiration of the crate, you can try reporting this as a Bug via https://pubgmobile.live/support....

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....
