Uc not being added

I had made a purchase and my card got declined so I had to confirm the purchase manually. Going back to the game, the Uc was never added and now pubg keeps saying that they credited the Uc and I even used 1200 of it but how could that be possible when there any if added into my account. Even in the history of where the Uc is added and spent. There was no Uc added on so I know it was never credited and their system bugged and scammed me of my 100 dollars. Now that I got a refund, pubg put a restriction on my account and asking for the Uc. But THERE was never Uc added on, I need help to get this issue resolved #pubg-mobile #bugs...

I want to know if BP could be used only in Soldier's Crate and Locked Crate. Cuz I have almost 160000 BP and there is nothing I could process these things....

You can use BP on the soldier's crate and redeem items from the BP shop. Sometimes, there are also exclusive time-limited events where you can spend your BP on.

Serious bug

Dear PUBGM Officials, I would like to report a serious bug related to the Hunting Bow weapon in the game. Currently, there seems to be no verification or security check implemented for this weapon, which is being exploited by cheaters. Using this bug, cheaters are able to teleport their player directly to the enemy’s position by manipulating the local player position data. Once teleported, they use the Hunting Bow to eliminate players instantly. This issue allows them to kill players even from over 400 meters away, regardless of whether the player is inside a building or in cover....
