I recently submitted the recovery form via Google Docs as instructed, but it was rejected with no explanation despite providing every piece of requested evidence. My old account is still in their database, hasn’t been played since 2024, and could be recovered. While the current IGN has been changed by the hacker, the account’s “Moments” section still clearly shows my original IGN 『メnyxメ』 in past posts, including a pair-up username with my friend that is still visible. When I try to submit an in-game claim, I get: “Unusual activity has been detected in your current environment. Please file the claim using a regular device.” I no longer have access to my old device from 2019–2022, so I cannot use that method....

Solution:

If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....

Ok let me get this straight so it’s easy to understand my account was banned because of it being stolen using some phishing website that was offering free stuff, which ended up him trying to log into my accounts so I didn’t let him even tho I changed my twitter password multiple times he still managed to get in, time has passed and he banned the acc due to him not being able to get access to it again ...

Solution:

As long as an account has been used for cheating activities, no matter who the person involved is (whether it is the owner or someone else), the account it will not be unbanned. Ranked arena- Question

Hi all, 1. Why there is no system for camping in ranked arena? Score 0-0 but still full squad camping in base. ( base to be restricted zone and if somebody camping he should lose HP) 2. I hit 4000 points, 70% of players are no-european. And thanks to cheaters from middle east its almost impossible to play....

It is your responsibility as the owner to know this information, we cannot help you with it. I suggest going through old screenshots or purchase receipts to find the date. MY ACCOUNT WAS STOLEN!

I asked about this on the PUBG Turkey Discord server last night, and they told me to send an email to service@pubgmobile.com, which I did. I received a text explaining how to create a request in-game. In response, I explained my problem: I kept getting the "Create a request from the device you're playing on" error because I formatted my phone for cleaning purposes. But I haven't heard back. Please help! I've spent a lot of money on both my work account and the valuables in it. Please help!!

Got hacked

Someone hacked my mail, and changed all connections, I have the all proof if that need. He restarted my phone because mail was connected with the phone. The HDR + Extreme FPS graphics option is not available on the iPad 11th Generation, even though older models such as the iPad 9th and 10th Generation can access it under the same game version.
